Stage 1: Raw Material Inspection & Electrode Manufacturing

In our cleanroom environments, automated coating and calendaring machines produce uniform electrode sheets with micrometer-level precision.

 

Stage 2: Cell Assembly & Automation

Witness our assembly lines where electrodes, separators, and electrolytes are assembled into cells.

Our dry-room conditions (with humidity below 1%) are critical for safety and performance.

 

Stage 3: Formation & Aging

Each cell undergoes controlled charging/discharging cycles to activate materials and stabilize performance.

Advanced testing identifies and eliminates early-life defects.

 

Stage 4: Quality Assurance & Testing

Our laboratories perform rigorous tests: cycle life, thermal stability, capacity verification, and safety certifications (UN38.3, IEC, etc.).
